Terms of Service

By accessing and using ZenTrade ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use ZenTrade. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

ZenTrade is a web-based trading journal platform that allows users to log trades, analyze performance metrics and generate reports. ZenTrade is exclusively an organization and analysis tool; it does not constitute financial advice of any kind.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable prior notice.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

The following is prohibited: (a) sharing login credentials with third parties; (b) attempting to access other users' data; (c) reverse engineering the software; (d) using the Service for fraudulent or illegal activities; (e) overloading or interfering with the Service infrastructure.

Paid plans are billed according to the chosen cycle (monthly or annual) and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Wompi (wompi.com), a secure payment gateway for Colombia and LATAM.

We reserve the right to modify prices with at least 30 days prior email notice. The price in effect at the time of renewal will apply to the next billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing portal. After cancellation, you will retain full access to the paid plan until the end of the current billing period.

ZenTrade reserves the right to cancel or suspend accounts that violate these Terms of Service without prior notice.

All content, design, code, trademarks and logos of ZenTrade are the exclusive property of their creators and are protected by intellectual property laws. No license is granted to reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without express written authorization.

The user retains all rights to the trading data they input into the platform.

ZenTrade is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

In no event shall ZenTrade be liable for: trading losses or investment decisions made based on the Service, data loss, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email with at least 15 days advance notice. Continued use of the Service after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.
