Refund Policy

This policy explains our approach to refunds in a transparent manner.
1. Payment Processing with Wompi
All payments made on ZenTrade are processed by Wompi (wompi.com), a secure payment gateway for Colombia and LATAM. Wompi handles billing, transaction security and payment compliance in Colombia.
Upon completing a purchase, you will receive a payment confirmation. For technical payment inquiries, you may contact Wompi directly through their website wompi.com.
2. General No-Refund Policy
Because ZenTrade provides immediate access to a digital platform with a free trial period available, we do not offer refunds for subscriptions that have already started.
By completing your subscription, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to evaluate the Service during the free trial period and that you accept the terms of this refund policy.
3. Exceptions
We will evaluate refund requests in the following exceptional cases: (a) verifiable duplicate charge due to a technical error on our part; (b) service outage of more than 72 consecutive hours attributable solely to ZenTrade; (c) first charge to a new subscriber within 24 hours, with no recorded use of premium features.
To request an exception refund, email us at support@zen-trader.com with the subject "Refund Request" and include your payment receipt. We respond within 48 business hours.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing portal. Cancellation is immediate: no future charges will be made.
No pro-rata refunds are issued for the remaining time of an already-paid billing period. You will retain full access to the paid plan until the end of that period.
5. Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us directly. We respond to 100% of cases within 48 business hours and resolve legitimate cases without the need for banking disputes.
Chargebacks initiated without prior contact with our support may result in immediate account suspension. Payment support: support@zen-trader.com
